I was test running my snowcaster last night, and suddenly it stopped working. After checking, I found the bearing inside the mule drive pulley had failed...not the idler, but the right-side V-shaped pulley. Can that bearing be swapped out on its own, or does the whole pulley assembly need replacing?

@Serge1 have you taken a really close look at the pulley itself? If the bearing failed spectacularly, it could have warped or galled the pulley's central bore.
If that's the case, a new bearing won't sit correctly and will just fail again quickly. If the bore looks chewed up, you're better off replacing the entire pulley assembly to save yourself a headache down the road
